Upon your acceptance of the price, here is what happens:
1. You will placing your order (contingent upon
your acceptance of the samples) you would then advance tooling
charges, if any.
2. We would ship you the samples of your product in about
45 days or sooner (samples are provided free of charge up
to a value of $25.00, the cost of shipping the samples is
at the buyers expense).
3. Upon your approval of samples and the opening of a letter
of credit, we will make first shipment finished product from
China in about 60 days.
4. A Letter of Credit is simple irrevocable document in our
favor negotiable against our invoice, packing list and Ocean
bill of lading showing shipment to your destination.
5. Actual delivery of first shipment to your door will occur
in within 3 months or sooner after approval of samples.
Waiver of retainer for
Services of China Buy Direct, Inc.
China Buy Direct, Inc. trusts your inquiries are serious,
but because they require expensive arranging of samples, faxes,
phone calls, transportation, and lengthy communication with
manufacturers. China Buy Direct may therefore require a small
retainer, which it is willing to waive and/or credit against
an actual future order.
You get exclusive service. We only
deal with one party in any given product. References are available
